Amvox2 DB9 Transponder - this is one totally cool watch!
It includes a built-in transmitter micro-system for activating and deactivating the locking system of the Aston Martin DB9 car, while retaining the functions of the vertical-trigger chronograph.
The transponder module, connector and signal antenna were miniaturized by means of a complete redesign from a watchmaking perspective, requiring 18 months of research at Jaeger-LeCoultre, working in close collaboration with Aston Martin.
So very James Bond 007 - the lucky wearer can open his Aston Martin when approaching the car, by simply pushing on the "-open"- between 8 &- 9 o'clock on the glass.
Making contacts with the two control rectangles activates three automotive functionalities.
OPEN and CLOSE control the access to DBS doors, while pressing on both results in flashing the headlights to enable the owner to find the car at a glance - FIND ME
Case (43.7 mm) in grade 5 titanium and features a black dial with a grille-type motif.
The numbers on the piece are rhodium-plated metallic and are set against a luminescent black substance.
Completing the look of the AMVOX2 DB9 Transponder is the "-floating"- DB9 logo placed in the center of the window.
