This model features a DW 7001 mechanical, self-winding movement, manufactured in Vandoeuvres and stamped with the Geneva Seal. The perpetual calendar complication guarantees automatic correction of the date, regardless of the number of days in a month and whether or not it is a leap year. This remarkable DeWitt movement is fitted with a hand engine-turned solid gold micro-rotor. It features a 52-hour power reserve and can be admired through the transparent back protected by a sapphire crystal. It is housed in the famous white gold "-Academia"- case, with bezel and middle section engraved with the exclusive DeWitt "-Imperial Columns"-. The engine-turned sun pattern, chocolate colored and white gold dial has a counter with retrograde hand for the days at 9 o'clock and for the date at 3 o'clock, the months and years are indicated in a counter located at 12 o'clock. Finally, the moon phase indication is placed at the 6 o'clock. Limited series of 50 pieces.
